Join us on Wednesday, July 1st to stand against the planned annexation of Israel’s illegal settlements in the West Bank and Jordan Valley. With this annexation, Israel is breaking international law and forcefully seizing more land that rightfully belongs to the Palestinians. Annexation will directly cause the displacement of thousands more Palestinians as they are forced out of their homes and off land belonging to them and their families for generations.
We vehemently denounce this move by the racist alliance of the US and Israel, which must be understood in the context of the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people that Israel has enforced and institutionalized since its inception. We will gather to hear speakers and unite together against the ongoing military occupation of all of Palestine. We demand self determination for the Palestinian people; international boycotts, divestments, and sanctions against Israel; and an end to the training exchange programs between US police departments and the Israeli military.
In the context of the ongoing global uprisings for Black Liberation, the racist core of the alliance between the US and Israel has never been more apparent. From West Philadelphia to the West Bank, the same brutal tactics of repression used against Black people in the US are used every day by Israel against the Palestinians. The military subjugation of Palestine by the US and Israel, as well as the oppression of Black people in the US and Palestine, are key to the continuation of white supremacy across the world.
Unite with us against this injustice! Free Palestine, from the River to the Sea! Right of return for all Palestinian people! Free Palestine!
