P’nai Or Jewish Renewal Congregation will be joining us to mark Yom Kippur, which begins on Sunday evening. It is a day to fast and make atonement for sins, the ways we have “missed the mark” in the previous year.

Daily vigil to support racial justice. Monday to Friday, 5-6pm, weather permitting, in front of the Unitarian Society of Germantown church at 6511 Lincoln Drive. Bring your placards. This is a peaceful, family-friendly action. Participants are asked to please wear masks and maintain social distancing.

Please check on the Facebook page if the weather looks iffy on the day.
