Healthcare workers in the Philadelphia community will kneel for 8 minutes and 46 seconds to recognize racial injustice as a healthcare crisis. Please join at your local hospital (locations in comments) gathering 6 feet apart and wearing a mask. Gathering at 12:30 pm with kneeling at 1 pm. Please wear a white coat if you have one or scrubs and use hashtags when posting #WhiteCoatsforBlackLives and #PHLendracism
